There is No lock in contract or minimum term because we are confident you will love our system. You can decrease or increase the number of users as your business grows. You can cancel the service anytime you want.
The system is charged as a monthly subscription and the price depends on the number of users and modules subscribed to. The subscription starts at $440 per month but you can use the online calculator on the signup page to work out the exact cost.
The system can be online within 2 days after signing up. However, set up can take around two weeks with proper configuration and template creation. Importing data from one database to another can extend that time frame by a week or two depending on the database being imported.
As the system must be setup and configured these no free trial available but your able to use the demo system to get a good understanding of what Nexus Service Manager can do for your business. These also no minimum term so these no long term commitment.
Training is given with all new systems. Customers receive an hour-long remote training section and then a review two weeks later.
