There is No lock in contract or minimum term because we are confident you will love our system. You can decrease or increase the number of users as your business grows. You can cancel the service anytime you want.

The system is charged as a monthly subscription and the price depends on the number of users and modules subscribed to. The subscription starts at $440 per month but you can use the online calculator on the signup page to work out the exact cost.

The system can be online within 2 days after signing up. However, set up can take around two weeks with proper configuration and template creation. Importing data from one database to another can extend that time frame by a week or two depending on the database being imported.

Since our system requires custom setup, we don't offer a free trial. Instead, we invite you to test-drive our demo system to see the full power of Nexus Service Manager in action. Plus there is no long-term contract or minimum term when you sign up.

Training is given with all new systems. Customers receive an hour-long remote training section and then a review two weeks later.
We also have loads of resources in our Help Centre and our YouTube channel to help you master Nexus Service Manager.

The database is hosted on our own servers, located in the world-class Equinix data centres in Sydney, Australia.

Yes, all systems are automatically backed up and archived every night for 30 days.
