Training is an important part of the implementation process and online training is included in the setup for all new customers.

We offer two different types of training. The first option is onsite training where we come to you at your office and train your staff how to use Nexus Service Manager or we also offer remote training where we train your staff over the internet and phone and walk them through the basics of our software.
